# List DNS records

`GET /domains/{domain}/dns/records`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://faivelo.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://faivelo.com/api/v1/domains/{domain}/dns/records`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the live DNS zone records of a domain, each with its provider-assigned `id` (used to update/delete it) and a `mailCritical` flag marking records required for email delivery (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, …). Requires scope `dns:read`. Only available for domains with live DNS editing — Faivelo-registered domains or domains with a connected registrar API key; otherwise **400** explains what's needed.

    - `ttl` integer: Time-to-live in seconds
    - `priority` integer, nullable: Priority (MX/SRV records only)
    - `mailCritical` boolean: True if the record is required for email delivery (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, …); editing or deleting it needs `force: true`

## Other responses

- `400`: Live DNS editing is not available for this domain (the message explains why and how to enable it)
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `402`: The account's plan does not include the API (`plan_required`)
- `403`: The key lacks the required scope
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
