`GET /v1/admin/experiment-report`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fairly.gg`
- URL: `https://api.fairly.gg/v1/admin/experiment-report`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Api-Key`

Parameter: `week` (yyyy-MM-dd, any day of the week; default current). Unmeasured values are null, never estimated. Thresholds come from `DataRules.Experiment` and are placeholders until the owner confirms them.
