`GET /api/picks/blackbox/digest`

The panel's own calibration record (outcomes only, no CLV), staged next
to the snapshot so the routine injects it into every proposer and judge
prompt as <TRACK_RECORD>. Same gate as the snapshot endpoint: the staging
Action's read token clears it, and cron's secret clears everything.

## Query parameters

- `days` integer
- `sport` string

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- DigestResponse: Outcome-feedback digest (v2): the panel's own calibration record, staged alongside the snapshot so the routine can inject it as <TRACK_RECORD>.
