# List room types

`GET /types/rooms`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.faireplace.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.faireplace.com/api/types/rooms`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Retrieves the list of all available room types in the system.
Room types define the different rooms of a property (e.g., Living room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom, etc.).
The `counts_towards_habitable` field indicates whether the room counts toward the habitable area according to the Carrez Law.

Room types retrieved successfully

- RoomType[]
  - `id` string, uuid, nullable, required: Unique identifier of the room type
  - `name` string, nullable, required: Room type name
  - `counts_towards_habitable` boolean, nullable, required: Indicates whether this room counts toward the habitable area (Carrez law)
  - `created_at` string, date-time, nullable, required: Creation date and time
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, nullable, required: Last modification date and time

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `500`: Internal Server Error
