`GET /syndics`

## Request

Returns all syndics for the current tenant.

  - `siren` string, nullable: SIREN number (9 digits)

  - `contract_start` string, date, required: Start date of the syndic management contract
  - `contract_end` string, date, nullable: End date of the syndic management contract
  - `management_fee` number, nullable: Annual management fee
