recalling the legal move-out obligations.

Public, unauthenticated tool. Returns `application/pdf`.

- ResiliationGenerateRequest: Mutual lease-termination agreement generator (Art. 1193 Code civil), recalling the legal move-out obligations (Loi 89-462 Art. 3-2, 22, 23).
  - `effective_date` string, date, required: Termination effective date (move-out).
  - `notice_date` string, date, nullable: Agreement signature date. Defaults to today.
  - `owner` DocOwnerDto, required: Landlord identity for a generated document.
