# Get default referentials for the landing wizard

`GET /public/tools/referentials`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.faireplace.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.faireplace.com/api/public/tools/referentials`
- Auth: none required

Returns the default global referentials (stable UUIDs): lease types,
estate types and place types, plus the default place type and country.
Consumed by the landing wizard. Public, unauthenticated tool. Cacheable.

## Response `200`

Default referentials.

- ReferentialsResponse: Default global referentials (stable UUIDs) consumed by the landing wizard: lease types, estate types and place types, plus the default place type and country used when depositing a bail draft.

  - `default_place_type_id` string, uuid, nullable: Default global place_type UUID (null if not seeded).
  - `default_country_id` string, uuid, nullable: Default country UUID (France; null if absent).

## Other responses

- `429`: Rate limit exceeded. Every endpoint sits behind a plan-aware limiter, and the public tools carry an additional per-endpoint one. `error.details.retry_after_seconds` says how long to wait; the `Retry-After`, `X-RateLimit-Limit` and `X-RateLimit-Remaining` headers carry the same information.
- `500`: Internal Server Error
