# Generate a security-deposit restitution receipt (PDF)

`POST /public/tools/depot-garantie/bordereau`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.faireplace.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.faireplace.com/api/public/tools/depot-garantie/bordereau`
- Auth: none required

Renders the restitution receipt (bordereau) as a PDF. Same computation
inputs as `POST /public/tools/depot-garantie/calculate` plus the parties, signature place
and rendering options.

Public, unauthenticated tool. Returns `application/pdf`.

## Request body

- DepotGarantieBordereauRequest: Inputs to render the restitution receipt (bordereau) PDF. Includes all the `DepotGarantieCalculateRequest` fields plus the parties and rendering options.
  - `lease_type` string, required
  - `monthly_rent_hc` number, required
  - `deposit_amount` number, required
  - `lease_end_date` string, date, required
  - `exit_inspection_conformity` boolean, nullable
  - `retained_for_charges` number, nullable
  - `retained_for_damages` number, nullable
  - `retained_for_unpaid_rent` number, nullable
  - `actual_return_date` string, date, nullable
  - `bailleur` FrPartyDto, required: A party (landlord or tenant) with a French postal address. Used by the quittance and security-deposit bordereau tools.
    - `nom_prenom` string, required: Full name (or company name: SCI, notary, usufructuary…).
    - `adresse` string, required
    - `code_postal` string, required: French postal code (5 digits).
    - `ville` string, required
  - `locataire` FrPartyDto, required: A party (landlord or tenant) with a French postal address. Used by the quittance and security-deposit bordereau tools.
    - `nom_prenom` string, required: Full name (or company name: SCI, notary, usufructuary…).
    - `adresse` string, required
    - `code_postal` string, required: French postal code (5 digits).
    - `ville` string, required
  - `logement` FrPropertyDto, required: A rented dwelling with a French postal address.
    - `adresse` string, required
    - `code_postal` string, required
    - `ville` string, required
    - `nom` string: Optional label ("Appartement T3", "Studio bord de mer").
  - `lieu_signature` string, required: Place where the receipt is signed.
  - `deposit_paid_date` string, date, nullable: Date the deposit was paid at lease signature (shown on the receipt).
  - `restitution_mode` 'virement' | 'cheque' | 'especes', nullable: Restitution mode shown on the receipt. Default `virement`.
  - `justification_charges` string, nullable: Optional free-text justification for the charges retention.
  - `justification_damages` string, nullable
  - `justification_unpaid_rent` string, nullable

## Response `200`

The generated restitution receipt PDF.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity
- `500`: Internal Server Error
