# Generate a notice / termination letter (PDF)

`POST /public/tools/conge/generate`

## Request

Generates a notice / termination letter PDF. `party` = `locataire` (tenant
notice) or `bailleur` (landlord notice). The notice reason and lease kind
drive the legal mentions and notice period.

Public, unauthenticated tool. Returns `application/pdf`.

## Request body

- CongeGenerateRequest: Notice / termination letter generator. `party` = `locataire` (tenant notice, Art. 12/15) or `bailleur` (landlord notice, Art. 15 II/III). Notice period is computed client-side; the backend maps the DTO to the Typst template.
  - `party` 'locataire' | 'bailleur', required
  - `notice_reason` string, required: Reason code. Tenant: TENANT_STANDARD, TENSE_ZONE, FIRST_EMPLOYMENT, PROFESSIONAL_TRANSFER, JOB_LOSS, NEW_JOB_AFTER_JOB_LOSS, RSA_BENEFICIARY, AAH_BENEFICIARY, HEALTH_CONDITION, DOMESTIC_VIOLENCE, SOCIAL_HOUSING_ATTRIBUTION. Landlord: SALE, PERSONAL_USE, LEGITIMATE_REASON.
  - `lease_kind` 'vide' | 'meuble' | 'etudiant' | 'mobilite', required: Lease type, drives the notice-period computation.
  - `notice_date` string, date, required: Tenant: LRAR reception date. Landlord: letter drafting date.
  - `lease_end_date` string, date, nullable: Landlord only: lease term (notice effective date).
  - `delivery_method` string, nullable
  - `tracking_number` string, nullable
