# Ingest a public bail draft

`POST /leases/ingest-draft`

## Request

Ingests a public bail (lease) draft into a real lease for the authenticated tenant.

The draft is identified by a `draft_token`, which may be supplied in the request body
or via cookie (in which case the body can be omitted). On success, the created lease,
estate, owner, and (optionally) lessee identifiers are returned.

## Request body

- IngestDraftRequest: Request to ingest a public bail (lease) draft into a real lease. The draft token may also be supplied via cookie; in that case the body can be omitted.
  - `draft_token` string, nullable: Token identifying the public draft to ingest.

## Response `201`

Draft ingested; lease created successfully

- IngestResult: Result of ingesting a draft, referencing the entities created or linked.
  - `lease_id` string, uuid, required: Identifier of the created lease.
  - `estate_id` string, uuid, required: Identifier of the created/linked estate.
  - `owner_id` string, uuid, required: Identifier of the created/linked owner.
  - `lessee_id` string, uuid, nullable: Identifier of the created/linked lessee, if any.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not found
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity
- `500`: Internal Server Error
