# Delete a rent reminder

`DELETE /leases/{lease_id}/rent-reminders/{reminder_id}`

## Request

Delete a rent reminder. **Only draft reminders can be deleted.**

**Permissions required:** `leases:delete`

Reminder deleted

## Other responses

- `400`: Cannot delete non-draft reminder
- `404`: Reminder not found
