# Download rent receipt PDF

`GET /leases/{lease_id}/receipts/{receipt_id}/pdf`

## Request

Download the generated PDF for a rent receipt.

The PDF is a legally compliant document containing:
- Landlord (bailleur) identification
- Tenant (locataire) identification with rent share percentage
- Property (bien loué) address
- Itemized payment breakdown: rent, individual charges by category, totals
- Document type: "QUITTANCE DE LOYER" (full payment) or "REÇU DE LOYER" (partial)
- Legal reference to Art. 21 Loi 89-462
- Signature area

**Permissions required:** `leases:read`
