# Create a charge review

`POST /leases/{lease_id}/charges/reviews`

Create a new charge review for a lease.

This implements the annual charge review as defined by Art. 23 of Loi n° 89-462 du 6 juillet 1989.
The review compares provisional charges paid by the tenant against actual expenses incurred,
and calculates the difference to be settled.

- ChargeReview: Annual charge review (bilan de régularisation) as required by Art. 23 of Loi 89-462. Compares provisional charges collected from the tenant against actual expenses.
