# Review the signature dossier

`GET /leases/{lease_id}/annexes/signature-dossier`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.faireplace.com/api`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Reviews the documents (annexes) required before a lease can be sent for signature.

Returns, for each expected annex, whether it is mandatory or recommended, whether it
is currently included, and its materialization state (`READY`, `TO_GENERATE`,
`TO_UPLOAD`, or `MISSING`). The top-level `is_ready_to_sign` flag indicates whether
all mandatory annexes are ready.

- SignatureDossierResponse: Review of the documents required before a lease can be sent for signature.
  - `is_ready_to_sign` boolean, required: Whether all mandatory annexes are ready and the lease can be signed.
  - `items` SignatureDossierItem[], required: Per-annex review entries.
    - `annex_type` 'NOTICE_INFORMATION' | 'CHARGES_RECUPERABLES' | 'REPARATIONS_LOCATIVES' | 'GRILLE_VETUSTE' | 'INVENTAIRE_MOBILIER' | 'ETAT_DES_LIEUX' | 'DPE' | 'DIAGNOSTIC_PLOMB' | 'DIAGNOSTIC_AMIANTE' | 'DIAGNOSTIC_ELECTRICITE' | 'DIAGNOSTIC_GAZ' | 'ETAT_RISQUES' | 'REGLEMENT_COPROPRIETE' | 'PERMIS_LOUER' | 'ASSURANCE_HABITATION' | 'CAUTIONNEMENT' | 'CUSTOM', required: Type of lease annex (regulatory or supplementary document).
    - `name` string, required: Human-readable name of the annex.
    - `requirement` 'MANDATORY' | 'RECOMMENDED', required: Whether the annex is mandatory or merely recommended.
    - `included` boolean, required: Whether the annex is currently included in the lease dossier.
    - `materialization` 'READY' | 'TO_GENERATE' | 'TO_UPLOAD' | 'MISSING', required: Current materialization state of the annex.
    - `annex_id` string, uuid, nullable: Identifier of the attached annex, if any.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not found
- `500`: Internal Server Error
