# List all lease types

`GET /lease-types`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Retrieve every lease type available to the current tenant, as a plain
JSON array. There is no filtering on this route.

## Response `200`

Lease types retrieved successfully

- LeaseType[]
  - `id` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier of the lease type
  - `country_id` string, uuid, required: Country ID (ISO jurisdiction reference)
  - `name` string, required: Lease type name
  - `description` string, nullable: Lease type description
  - `is_furnished` boolean, required: Indicates whether the lease is furnished
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required: Creation date
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, required: Last modification date

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `500`: Internal Server Error
