# Delete estate

`DELETE /estates/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.faireplace.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.faireplace.com/api/estates/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Delete an estate by its ID.

This endpoint allows direct deletion of an estate without needing to know its parent place.
The estate must belong to the authenticated tenant.

**Warning**: This operation is irreversible. Ensure all related data (rooms, equipment, leases, etc.)
is handled appropriately before deleting an estate.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Response `204`

No Content - Estate deleted successfully

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not found
- `409`: Conflict
- `500`: Internal Server Error
