# Create a syndic for an estate

`POST /estates/{estate_id}/syndic`

Creates a new syndic management company linked to an estate.

  - `siren` string, nullable: SIREN number (9 digits)
  - `address` string, nullable
  - `contact_email` string, nullable

  - `contract_end` string, date, nullable
  - `management_fee` number, nullable
  - `notes` string, nullable
