# Calculate charge distribution

`POST /charges/distributions/{id}/calculate`

Calculate the charge distribution according to the specified distribution key

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- DistributionCalculationRequest: Charge distribution calculation request
  - `place_id` string, uuid, required: ID of the place for which to calculate the distribution
  - `total_amount` number, float, required: Total amount to distribute
  - `calculation_date` string, date: Calculation date
  - `parameters` object: Additional parameters for the calculation

## Response `200`

Distribution calculation completed successfully

- DistributionCalculationResponse: Result of the charge distribution calculation
  - `distribution_key_id` string, uuid, required: ID of the distribution key used
  - `total_amount` number, float, required: Total amount distributed
  - `distributions` Distribution[], required: List of calculated distributions
    - `unit_id` string, uuid, required: ID of the unit (dwelling, premises, etc.)
    - `unit_name` string, required: Name of the unit
    - `amount` number, float, required: Amount allocated to this unit
    - `percentage` number, float, required: Percentage of the total allocated to this unit
    - `calculation_details` object: Calculation details for this unit
  - `calculation_date` string, date-time, required: Date and time of the calculation
  - `metadata` object: Calculation metadata
