`GET /api/2026-10-01/resources/timeoff/allowance_incidences`

Reads all Allowance incidences

## Query parameters

- `ids[]` string[]
- `employee_ids[]` string[]
- `timeoff_allowance_ids[]` string[]

    - `id` string, required: Unique identifier of the allowance incidence
    - `employee_id` string, required: Employee id of the affected employee
    - `description` string: Optional comment regarding the incidence
    - `days_in_cents` integer, required: How many units * 100 does the incidence add/substract. Can be positive or negative. Example is one unit
    - `timeoff_allowance_id` string, required: To what allowance does the incidence affect. It will dictate if its days or hours
    - `effective_on` string, required: When does the incidence take effect; this is for time off cycles calculations.
    - `target_balance` string: Whether the incidence affects the Accrued or the Available counter.
    - `created_at` integer, required: Unix timestamp when the DB record was created
    - `updated_at` integer, required: Unix timestamp when the DB record was last updated
  - `meta` PagedIndexMeta
    - `start_cursor` string
    - `end_cursor` string
    - `has_previous_page` boolean, required
    - `has_next_page` boolean, required
    - `limit` integer, required
    - `total` integer, required
