  - `civil_status` 'single' | 'cohabitating' | 'divorced' | 'married' | 'civil_partnership' | 'separated' | 'widow' | 'not_applicable' | 'unknown': Civil status of the employee.
  - `number_of_dependants` integer: Number of dependants of the employee.
