`POST /api/2026-10-01/resources/finance/journal_entries`

Creates a Journal entry

## Request body

  - `external_id` string: External identifier for the journal entry
  - `legal_entity_id` string, required: The associated Legal Entity ID
  - `type` 'bank' | 'bill' | 'invoice' | 'credit_note' | 'merged_ledger_account' | 'reconciliation' | 'tax' | 'receipt' | 'payroll_result' | 'external': Journal entry type (e.g. bank, invoice, tax)
  - `lines` object[], required: Array of journal lines for this entry, example: [{"account_id": 9876, "debit_amount_cents": 0, "credit_amount_cents": 100, "external_id": "LINE-001"}, {"account_id": 9876, "debit_amount_cents": 100, "credit_amount_cents": 0, "external_id": "LINE-002"}]
    - `debit_amount_cents` integer, required: The debit amount in cents
    - `credit_amount_cents` integer, required: The credit amount in cents
    - `external_id` string: External identifier for the journal line
    - `account_id` string, required: ID of the associated account
  - `reference_date` string, required: Date of the associate source
  - `description` string: Description of the journal entry
  - `status` 'published' | 'reversed': Status of the journal entry (reversed, published, etc.)

  - `published_at` string, required: Timestamp when the journal entry was published.
  - `type` 'bank' | 'bill' | 'invoice' | 'credit_note' | 'merged_ledger_account' | 'reconciliation' | 'tax' | 'receipt' | 'payroll_result' | 'external', required: Journal entry type (e.g. bank, invoice, tax)
  - `source_id` string: Source id related with this journal entry
  - `source_type` 'bank_transaction' | 'invoice' | 'reconciliation' | 'finance_reconciliation' | 'account' | 'expense' | 'payroll_result' | 'journal_entry': Source type related with this journal entry
  - `reference_date` string, required: Date of the associate source
  - `description` string: Description of the journal entry
  - `legal_entity_id` string, required: The associated Legal Entity ID
  - `external_id` string: External identifier for the journal entry
  - `status` 'published' | 'reversed', required: The status of the journal entry (draft, published, etc.)
  - `updated_at` string, required: Timestamp when the journal entry was last updated.
