Creates a Value

## Request body

  - `schema_id` string, required: Identifier of the schema this value belongs to
  - `employee_id` string, required: The identifier of the employee that owns the resource value
  - `custom_resource_id` string: The identifier of the resource that owns the resource value
  - `field_id` string, required: Identifier of the field this value belongs to
  - `value` string, required: Value for schema custom field

## Response `201`

  - `id` string, required: Value identifier
  - `resource_id` string, required: The identifier of the resource that owns the resource value
  - `attachable_id` string: The id of the attached resource like an employee
