Creates a Legal entity

## Request body

  - `company_id` string, required: company identifier
  - `country` string, required: country code of the legal entity
  - `legal_name` string, required: Legal name of the legal entity
  - `currency` string, required: The currency code in ISO 4217 format
  - `tin` string: Tax identification number
  - `city` string: City of the legal entity
  - `state` string: State of the legal entity
  - `postal_code` string: Postal code of the legal entity
  - `address_line_1` string: Address line 1 of the legal entity
  - `address_line_2` string: Address line 2 of the legal entity

  - `id` string, required: identifier of the legal entity
  - `company_id` string, required: company identifier
  - `country` string, required: Country code of the jurisdiction the legal entity is registered in (lowercase two-letter code, e.g. "es").
  - `legal_name` string, required: Legal name of the legal entity
  - `currency` string, required: The currency code in ISO 4217 format
  - `tin` string: Tax identification number
  - `siret` string: SIRET number (France-specific). System for identifying French establishments. 14-digit identifier for each French establishment.
  - `city` string: City of the legal entity
  - `state` string: State of the legal entity
  - `postal_code` string: Postal code of the legal entity
  - `address_line_1` string: Address line 1 of the legal entity
  - `address_line_2` string: Address line 2 of the legal entity
