  - `question` string, required
  - `stream` boolean: If true, responds with text/event-stream SSE.

## Response `200`

Answer (JSON) or SSE stream when stream=true

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `403`: Forbidden, missing scope, or feature disabled
- `429`: Rate limit or usage limit exceeded
