List notifications for the current user.

    Bug befab18b (Amine, 2026-05-04) : ajout pagination via offset
    pour ne pas surcharger /notifications quand il y a beaucoup
    de notifs accumulées. Le total est exposé en meta pour permettre
    au client de calculer le nombre de pages.

**Permissions requises** : `notifications:read_own`

## Other responses

- `401`: JWT manquant, expiré ou révoqué.
- `402`: L'organisation n'a pas d'abonnement actif (paywall). Rediriger vers /activate.
- `403`: Permissions `module:action` insuffisantes pour cette route.
- `404`: Ressource introuvable (ou cross-tenant — équivalent à hidden).
- `429`: Trop de requêtes. Honorer le header `Retry-After` (secondes).
