Suivi public d'une intervention — endpoint no-auth (lien email J-1).

    Décode le JWT (scope=chantier_track:read), lit la visite par id en
    bypassant le tenant_filter (token scopé à 1 visite — aucun risque
    cross-tenant), retourne un payload minimal sans PII en surplus.

Succès — payload `{data, meta}` (cf. API-GUIDE §3.1)

## Other responses

- `404`: Ressource introuvable (ou cross-tenant — équivalent à hidden).
- `429`: Trop de requêtes. Honorer le header `Retry-After` (secondes).
