# Trigger Send Plan Dispatch Tick

`POST /api/internal/outreach/send-plan-dispatch-tick`

T-1282 Phase 0: external minute-cadence trigger for
send-plan-rebuild-dispatcher — counts the 'new' rebuild-request queue
and spawns ONE run unless one is already active. Ships inert: the k8s
CronJob is suspended until explicit un-suspend (Ф1). Full contract:
``api/outreach/send_plan/dispatch_tick.py``. Always answers 2xx so the
CronJob's ``curl -f`` stays green — a broken tick reports its error and
the next minute retries.
