# Update Exam Sharing

`PUT /teacher-exams/{exam_id}/sharing`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.excellence-ai.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.excellence-ai.com/teacher-exams/{exam_id}/sharing`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (password, token URL `api/login`)

Update sharing options for a teacher exam with proper permission checks.

Users can update sharing if:
- They own the exam directly, OR
- They have write access through folder inheritance

  - `sharing_options` SharingOptions, required: Model for sharing configuration across folders, exams, and exercises
    - `shared_with_school` boolean
    - `shared_with` string[]
    - `read_only` boolean
