Log total time spent on a course.
Updates the overall time spent and last accessed timestamp.

## Request body

- LogTimeSpentPayload — Payload for logging total time spent on a course.
  - `course_id` string, required
  - `teacher_course_assignment_id` string, required
  - `total_time_spent_seconds` integer, required
