`POST /student/progress/holiday/log-exercise-attempt`

Log a holiday exercise attempt for a student.
Updates StudentHolidayCourseProgress with the attempt result.
If status is 'passed', marks the sub-chapitre as completed.

- LogHolidayExerciseAttemptPayload — Payload for logging holiday exercise attempts.
  - `sub_chapitre_id` string, required
  - `holiday_course_exercise_id` string, required
  - `status` 'passed' | 'failed', required
