`POST /email-verification/resend`

## Request

- `409`: EMAIL_VERIFICATION_NOT_PENDING (already confirmed or never required) or EMAIL_TAKEN
- `429`: EMAIL_VERIFICATION_COOLDOWN: a link went out less than 60 s ago (`retry_after_seconds`), or EMAIL_CHANGE_LIMIT_REACHED on change-email
- `502`: EMAIL_SEND_FAILED: the mail provider refused the message
