# Add Missing Copy

`POST /copy-correction/{session_id}/add-missing-copy`

Upload a copy for a missing student, assign it, and trigger grading.

Accepts one or more files (PDF or images).  A new StudentCopy is created
immediately with status ``pending``.  A background task processes the files,
assigns pages, and grades the copy without touching existing corrections.
