# Check Version

`POST /app-versions/check`

Check if the client app needs an update.
This endpoint can be called by the native app to check if an update is required.

## Request body

- BodyCheckVersionAppVersionsCheckPost
  - `current_version` string, required
  - `platform` string

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- VersionCheckResponse
  - `needs_update` boolean, required
  - `latest_version` string, required
  - `update_url` string, nullable

## Other responses

- `422` — Validation Error
