# Rename Category

`POST /admin/public-exercises/rename-category`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.excellence-ai.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.excellence-ai.com/admin/public-exercises/rename-category`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (password, token URL `api/login`)

Rename the last segment of `category_path` for every exercise under
that prefix, AND mirror the rename into the `programmes` collection so
the curriculum tree stays aligned.

  - `new_name` string, required
