`GET /admin/onboarding-cockpit/teacher-verification`

Academic-email verification status of teachers registered in the window.

Per-teacher status:
- verified: clicked the magic link (auto-approved)
- email_sent: verification email sent, link not clicked yet
- no_academic_email: left a "je n'ai pas d'adresse académique" message
- none: reached (or not) the verification step without acting
