`POST /recruitment/vacancies/{VacancyPublicId}/candidates`

Recruitment - Add Candidate to Vacancy

## Path parameters

- `vacancy_public_id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `test_mode` boolean
- `lightweight` boolean

## Request body `application/x-www-form-urlencoded`

  - `external_source` string, required: Origin system (e.g. 'gupy', 'bradesco_sftp', 'api').
  - `cpf` string: Candidate CPF (person key when present).
  - `candidate_external_id` string: Candidate id in the source ATS (person fallback key when no CPF).
  - `full_name` string: Candidate full name.
  - `email` string: Candidate email.
  - `phone` string: Candidate phone.
  - `linkedin_url` string: Candidate LinkedIn profile URL (used for scoring).
  - `application_external_id` string: Application id in the source ATS.
  - `current_stage` string: Raw stage from the ATS.
  - `ats_status` string: Raw status from the ATS.
  - `resume_blob_ref` string: CV reference (s3://... or consulta uid) for this application.
