One lightweight entry per review (name, synonyms, keywords, category, url). Synonym- and drug-class-aware; the same index that powers the search box on the site.

## Response `200`

Array of search entries.

- SearchEntry[]
  - `short_topic` string: Display name; goal-specific reviews carry a qualifier ("Botox (Skin)").
  - `canonical_name` string: The bare name, as in /reviews.json ("Botox").
  - `alternate_names` string: Comma-separated synonyms plus curated common-usage aliases (raw string, not an array).
  - `ep_keywords` string: Comma-separated keywords / drug-class terms.
  - `url` string
