`GET /v1/compass/calls/{call_id}/record`

The whole record with whose call it is (the call's own user and organisation: Market Intel routes by them),
and the meeting the call was coached in, null when it came from none or the record is gone. Market Intel reads
the meeting's title, attendees and whether it was a customer call from here.
