Begin a direct Slack install. Returns `{authUrl}` for the client to open.

Mirrors the Granola connect surface so the frontend's existing popup flow works
unchanged — the only difference is that Slack's client is static config rather
than DCR-negotiated, so there is no registration step to run first.
