`GET /knowledge-graph/git/{provider}/repos`

## Request

List the connected user's accessible repositories for the Product Context Graph repo picker.
Returns {repos: [{full_name, clone_url, private, default_branch}], connected, needs_reconnect?}.
- connected=False when the provider isn't linked (UI shows a Connect prompt).
- needs_reconnect=True on an auth/permission failure the user fixes by reconnecting (a stale GitLab
  token without a listing scope, or a revoked token).
