# Start another organization, unverified, with the person as its owner; the session moves to it. Customer accounts only

The account view, acting for the new organization. Without `name` it is named after the person.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is invalid.
- `401`: The credential is missing or invalid.
- `403`: `account_kind`: an attorney's or the operator's account cannot start an organization.
- `404`: Not found.
- `409`: The request conflicts with the current state: for a case, it is not in a state that allows this, or its details were erased (`erased`); for an API key, a limit or the key in use.
- `422`: The case did not pass a check.
- `429`: `rate_limited`: the person started 5 organizations in the last 24 hours, the one made at sign-up included. Nothing was created. Please try again later.
