# Which facts one proposed act of a managed case is missing. The facts are the customer's declaration, and an empty list is not permission to perform the act

## Response `200`

What the act is missing, and whether the facts are the customer's own declaration.

- ManagedFacts
  - `action` string, required: The proposed act the answer is about.
  - `declared` boolean, required: Whether the customer declared these facts, and not only a suggestion.
  - `declaredAt` string, date-time, nullable, required: When the customer declared them last.
  - `problem` string, nullable, required: Why the stored facts do not read as a complete declaration.
  - `missing` object[], required: The facts this act is missing, each with the question to ask. An empty list is not permission to perform the act.

  - `sources` object, required: Where each declared fact came from: the source of the last write that set it, `customer` or `suggestion`. A fact that is absent was never declared by anyone.
  - `note` string, required

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is invalid.
- `401`: The credential is missing or invalid.
- `403`: The credential is not allowed to do this (`forbidden`). For a signed-in session: `permission_denied`, the person's role in the organization lacks the permission this needs (ask an owner); `no_organization`, the person belongs to no organization yet (start one with `POST /v1/me/organizations` or accept an invitation).
- `404`: Not found.
- `409`: The request conflicts with the current state: for a case, it is not in a state that allows this, or its details were erased (`erased`); for an API key, a limit or the key in use.
- `422`: The case did not pass a check.
