# Confirm the address with the token from the emailed link. No credential. The token works once. Confirming is never required for anything

`POST /v1/auth/email-confirm/confirm`

## Request body

## Response `200`

The address is confirmed. No session is started or ended. An `Idempotency-Key` header is ignored.

  - `ok` unknown, required

## Other responses

- `400`: `invalid_confirmation_token`: the token is unknown, already used or expired.
- `413`: The request body is too large.
- `429`: Too many email confirmation requests from this address: at most 10 every 10 minutes, counting both confirmation endpoints. `Retry-After` gives the seconds to wait.
