`GET /api/share-thread-preview/{thread_id}`

What sharing a privacy-locked chat would expose, for the owner's confirm step.

Owner-only (anyone else gets the missing-thread 404). See
services/thread_sharing.py for the consent model.

- `thread_id` string, required — The privacy-locked thread the owner wants to share
