`POST /api/pipeline/deals/{deal_id}/goal`

Update a deal's goal anchor and trigger a goal_changed replan.

Phase 2: the goal jsonb is the success measure the pipeline agent reads
on every replan. Editing it forces a fresh strategy + draft pass.

- UpdateDealGoalRequest: Body for /deals/{deal_id}/goal. Mutates the deal's `goal` jsonb in place and triggers a replan with trigger='goal_changed' so the agent re-derives strategy + draft against the new objective.
