`POST networkRetrySignal` (webhook)

Occurs when a network retry signal is triggered.

## Payload

- object
  - `id` string: The id of the webhook event.
  - `type` 'payments.network-retry-signals.signal': The type of webhook event.
  - `data` NetworkRetrySignal
    - `network` string, required: The signal origin network.
    - `signal` 'retry-now', required: The signal type.
    - `amount` number, required: The declined transaction amount in minor units.
    - `networkTransactionId` string, required: The network transaction ID of the declined transaction.
    - `timestamp` string, required: The timestamp of the declined transaction.
    - `currency` object, required: The currency of the declined transaction.
      - `alphaCode` string: The ISO 4217 alpha code of the currency.
      - `numericCode` number: The ISO 4217 numeric code of the currency.
    - `metadata` union, required: The metadata of the Network Retry Signal. Its shape depends on the `network`.

        - `notificationId` string: The card network's unique reference for this specific signal.
        - `acquirerMerchantId` string, required: The acquirer merchant ID.
        - `cardBin` string: The card BIN.
        - `cardLastFour` string: The last four digits of the card number.
        - `tokenBin` string: The token BIN.
        - `tokenLastFour` string: The last four digits of the token number.
        - `maskedCardNumber` string: The masked card number.

        - `invoiceNumber` string, required: The invoice number of the declined transaction.
