Lists all Webhook Endpoints

    - `id` string, required: A unique identifier representing a specific Webhook Endpoint.
    - `url` string, required: The URL of the Webhook Endpoint.

  - `hasMore` boolean, required: Indicates whether there are more Webhook Endpoints to retrieve.
