Update a speaker on an event.

``appearance_id`` is the ``id`` from ``GET /v1/events/{event_slug}/speakers``.
Send ``""`` to clear a field for this event; omit a field to leave it
unchanged. The canonical ``name`` changes only if you created the profile.
