# Publicv1Usersrouter.List Users

`GET /v1/users`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.eve.legal` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.eve.legal/v1/users`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Password
  - Token URL: `token`

List the active Eve users of the organization, sorted by email. Use it to see which of your
users have an Eve account. The API does not create users.

## Query parameters

- `emails` string, nullable: Comma-separated list of emails. Only users with these emails are returned.
- `afterId` string, nullable: Return the users after the user with this ID
- `beforeId` string, nullable: Return the users before the user with this ID
- `limit` integer: Maximum number of users to return

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- UserListResponse
  - `items` PublicUser[], required: Active users of the organization, sorted by email
    - `id` string, required: Eve ID of the user
    - `email` string, required: Email of the user
    - `displayName` string, nullable, required: Display name of the user
  - `hasNext` boolean, required: Whether there is a next page
  - `hasPrevious` boolean, required: Whether there is a previous page
  - `totalCount` integer, required: Total number of users that match the filter

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `422`: Validation Error
