# Un-suppress an address

`DELETE /suppressions/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.eusend.dev`
- URL: `https://api.eusend.dev/suppressions/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Accepts the entry id or the address itself (URL-encoded). Removing bounced or complained addresses in bulk is what damages sender reputation — do it when the address was fixed, not to retry a failing list.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Response `200`

Removed.

- DeletedCountResponse
  - `deleted` integer, required: May be lower than what was asked for — an id may already be gone. Retries settle at 0 rather than failing.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, malformed, or revoked API key (`UNAUTHORIZED`).
- `403`: Test-mode keys cannot modify the suppression list (`FORBIDDEN`).
- `404`: No such resource on this organization (`NOT_FOUND`).
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded (`RATE_LIMITED`).
- `500`: Unexpected server error (`INTERNAL_ERROR`). Carries `request_id`.
